We make traditional Italian food with all natural ingredients. Than we take the time to prepare your meal the way you would if you had the time.
We offer Italian sausage and beef as well as vegan and vegetarian meal choices.
The homemade pasta starts with durum wheat semolina flour, sea salt and water than we hand work the dough into spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli and manicotti.
We offer most of our meals with our traditional pasta or gluten free pasta.
We offer 5 Cheese, Pesto, Bolognese, Marinara sauces all handmade from scratch. Our Marinara and Bolognese are cooked for 3 hours to maximize flavor. We put two pounds of Italian sausage in each gallon of our Bolognese sauce. The 5 Cheese sauce starts with 1 gallon of heavy cream and half a pound each of Parmigiano Reggiano, Romano Pecorino, Smoked Provolone, Asiago and Gorgonzola cheeses. And our pesto sauce is made with basil leaves no stems, fresh Parmigiano Reggiano and pine nuts.
Our lasagna is made with five layers of our handmade pasta, slow cooked marinara and Parmigiano Reggiano, Romano Pecorino, Smoked Provolone, Asiago, Ricotta Impastata and either Carmine Lonardo’s Italian sausage or ground beef or spinach.
We offer 5 different ravioli fillings; fresh roasted butternut squash, Carmines Italian sausage, mushrooms, 5 cheese & spinach and 5 cheese. The ravioli are hand filled allowing us to offer a ravioli filling with texture and flavor that a machine cannot produce.
Our garlic knots, garlic bread, garlic bread pizza, strombli and calzones are made with our Garlic Knot dough. We use 1 pound of all natural Asiago cheese, garlic and Italian herbs in our Garlic Knot dough.
For dessert we offer Tiramisu made with Hazelnut Kahlua or a lemon cheese cake with an almond and graham cracker crust and fresh fruit topping.
